CHOICES Begins Its Second Year of Service
During the past year Magellan transferred all 25 of its clinics to local community health organizations. CHOICES Network of Arizona is the recipient of eight of those clinics. CHOICES, a new service provider, now manages and provides mental health care for over 7000 Maricopa County residents with serious mental illness.

More than 40 excited people crowded into a small meeting room Tuesday morning January 12th at CHOICES Thomas Road Clinic in Phoenix. Dignitaries were at hand to present an award and clinic employees were eager to accept the recognition and hear words of congratulations for work well done. The clinic is one of eight CHOICES behavioral health centers in Maricopa County providing recovery services to persons with serious mental illness.
