• Assertive Community Treatment (ACT Team) that provides intensive services to help people with complicated treatment needs live more healthy and successful lives,
• Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement, group and individual counseling with Empact counselors,
• Family and peer mentoring, which includes Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, walking group, knitting group, creative writing group, movie group, and a family support group that meets twice each month, and
• Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment, engagement in meaningful activities and roles in the community.
