- Family and peer mentoring, which includes Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, arts and crafts groups and coping skills activities,
- Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment,
engaging in meaningful activities and roles in the community,
- In addition, we also provide our recipients with opportunities to socialize and connect with others in recovery.
Heatherbrae Clinic

- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT Team) that provides intensive services to help people with complicated treatment needs live more healthy and successful lives,
- Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement and group and individual counseling with TERROS counselors,
- Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment, engaging in meaningful activities and roles in the community,
- Family and peer mentoring, including Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, arts and crafts groups and coping skills activities, and
- A convenient location next to a peer run recovery center for easy access to a wide variety of services.
Park North Clinic

- Family and peer mentoring, which includes Creative Expressions (Arts/Crafts), Sewing Class (Annual Fashion Show), Steps to a Healthier Life, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living
(WELL) groups, Anger Management, Team Solutions (Nursing Education),
- Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement, group and individual counseling with NAFI counselors,
- Active staff and recipient participation in the community by providing: holiday meals, blankets
to the homeless/nursing home residents, supporting and engaging in yearly NAMI Walk, and assisting with annual Phoenix Homeless Count, and
- A library, clothing closet, and resource center offering computer/internet access.
Townley Clinic

- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT Team) that provides intensive services to help people with complicated treatment needs live more healthy and successful lives,
- Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement, group and individual counseling with NOVA counselors,
- Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment and engagement in meaningful activities and roles in the community, and employment preparation group with co-located FOCUS Employment staff,
- General mental health recovery based counseling provided MARC Center counselors that includes
Mood Management, Anger Management, Women’s Group, Men’s Group, individual counseling, DBT Counseling and Group (based on referral and availability), and
- Family and peer mentoring, which includes Art Group, Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, Round Table (different topics weekly), and Movie Time, Family Support Group, and the Townley Clinic Advisory Council.
Tempe Clinic

- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT Team) that provides intensive services to help people with complicated treatment needs live more healthy and successful lives,
- Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement,
group and individual counseling with Empact counselors,
- Family and peer mentoring, which includes Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, walking group, knitting group, creative writing group,
movie group, and a family support group that meets twice each month, and
- Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment, engagement in meaningful activities and roles in the community.
Thomas Road Clinic

- Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement, group and individual counseling with Southwest Behavioral Health counselors,
and a 12-Step co occurring support group,
- Family and peer mentoring, which includes
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, Co-Occurring Recovery Empowerment (CORE), family mentor program which provides support, education and advocacy to help bridge recipients with their families,
- Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment, engaging in meaningful activities and roles in the community, The Success Workshop series offers classes such as Working with Social Security Benefits, Successful Dress and Interviewing, Resume Writing, Basic Computer Skills and an Employment Support Group, and
- Registered nurses who present information related to medication, diet, exercise and relaxation skills in their healthy lifestyle classes.
Arcadia Clinic

- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT Team) that provides intensive services to help people with complicated treatment needs live more healthy and successful lives,
- Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement, group and individual counseling with NAFI counselors,
- Family and peer mentoring, which includes Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups provided by RIAZ staff, family support group for recipients who are parents, education and support as well as socialization, quarterly mixers, fishing, karaoke, men’s group, BINGO, cartoon class, discussion group and site orientation provided by the family and peer mentors,
- Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment, engaging in meaningful activities and roles in the community, using co-located staff from FOCUS Employment, in addition we have a career center where staff can provide you with rehabilitation services and you will have access to computers, 1:1 job related assistance, career guidance and information regarding the pre-employment groups offered at the site.
- We encourage community and family members to become an active part of our Clinic Advisory Council to build open communication, encourage feelings of ownership, bring compelling issues to the forefront and identify ways for the clinic to be a good neighbor.
South Central Clinic

- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT Team) that provides intensive services to help people with complicated treatment needs live more healthy and successful lives,
- Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement, group and individual counseling with NAFI counselors who also facilitate an intensive outpatient group which meets four mornings a week,
- Family and peer mentoring, which includes Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, Bingo every Friday afternoon, A Better Me group that meets weekly and focuses on behaviors to improve self esteem, and an art group (Creative Connections) that meets weekly for two hours. A Family Support Group and an Advisory Counsel are in the planning stages and will start soon,
- Specialty clinical liaisons and case managers who work with 18 – 25 year olds and with persons who are living in, or who have lived in supervisory care homes, and
- Bi-lingual/bi-cultural case managers and a Spanish speaking psychiatrist.
