Assertive Community Treatment (ACT Team) that provides intensive services to help people with complicated treatment needs live more healthy and successful lives,

Co-occurring substance abuse and mental health recovery services through engagement, group and individual counseling with Empact counselors,

Family and peer mentoring, which includes Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP), Wellness Empowerment in Life & Living (WELL) groups, walking group, knitting group, creative writing group, movie group, and a family support group that meets twice each month, and

Vocational rehabilitation services including assistance with finding and keeping employment, engagement in meaningful activities and roles in the community.
